Our residential services differ from other residential designers.  We are licensed architects in the State of Texas.  All of our projects are composed in 3D virtual environment.  We not only communicate the design using two dimensional plans and elevations, but use 3D (three dimensional) imagery…perspectives, virtual walk-throughs and realistic pictures. 

This is our process:

+ Collect program data from the Client.  What does the Client desire?
+ Refine the Clients goals and objectives
+ Collect project data from the Client:  measurements of the exiting environment: house, tree locations, and any other improvements.  Determine structural requirements such as geo-technical data.  Site survey or plot plan.
+ Evaluate deed restrictions or other local regulatory restrictions
+ Creating a virtual model of the existing conditions
+ Creating a virtual model of the new proposed design.
+ Communicate the design through email, meeting, and phone conversations as required to meet your vision and budget.
+ The virtual model is used to develop construction documents to use for bidding, building permit submission and construction.
+ Coordinate the final construction drawings design with contractors during bidding, and construction.
+ Assist the Client during the construction process
